L'Oreal Micellar Water

It's been about a year since I first wanted to try the Bioderma cleansing water but I've been reluctant to spend money on shipping the stuff. I think it's also about time I uncrossed my fingers for a surprise trip to Paris where I can peruse the pharmacies and lug back a suitcase full of skincare any time soon! ;-)

So L'Oreal are offering up their version. A cleansing Micellar water. Gentle on skin yet effectively melting away the day's makeup.

MAC Lipstick - Plink

Gatwick north terminal offered me up a whole host of MAC goodies last week. Archie's Girls got a bit of a swatch-athon but nothing appealed.  So I got to swatching all the "my lips but better" pinks I could lay my eyes on and found Plink. Which had me whipping out the Visa card pretty sharpish (before boyfriend in tow could raise his eyebrows at me)

GlossyBox April - Pearl Lowe Colaboration

I got home from Spain today to my GlossyBox slung over my back gate (Hermes at it's best). I have already seen some spoilers as I knew I'd be on holiday when it came and I just couldn't wait that damn long!

This month is a stunning limited edition GlossyBox in all it's floral vintage glory! Designed by Pearl Lowe (how can you not be fabulously vintage with a name like Pearl?! Love it!)

I have to say I adore when GlossyBox pull a different limited edition box out the bag, they look so lovely stacked up in my bureau filled with ribbon and buttons.

Illamasqua Femme Intense Gloss

Coral gloss in all it's intense, concentrated colour goodness!

Likened to a liquid lipstick with high shine. It's a tad sticky as you would expect from a long lasting gloss but not uncomfortably so. It's easy to forgive a little stickyness for hours of wear time.
