Stila Convertible Colour - Petunia

My Stila Convertible Colour compact is in the colour Petunia. It gives a vibrant pop of colour to the lips and a delicate wash of colour to the cheeks...But never mind that! Look how adorable the packaging is! It's robust yet ultra girly, pink and flowery with a handy mirror. The look of this compact is enough to make me want the whole collection of Convertible Colours which are, sweetly, all named after flowers.
Application to the lips can be a little streaky so after playing around with different applications, I found my fingertip to be the best at blending it in.
The colour pigment packs more of a vibrant punch than I expected it to. Described on the Stila website as "sheer" but this colour is refreshingly bright.. Wear time is just brilliant, acting as a bit of a stain rather than the balm I expected it to be.

For my cheeks I dabbed a touch of the colour onto the apple of my cheek and blended it out with my Real Techniques Contour brush. It gave the sweetest pinch of colour that looked like a normal flush of natural pink.

Available on the Stila website in 9 different colours varying from browns and oranges to pinks and reds. Gladiola and Poppy are on my wish list in my personal quest to wear brighter colours.
£16 per compact so not overly cheap but as it's two products in one, it's not too hard to convince the boyfriend that it's really, if you think about it, a bargain! (he didn't agree)
