Selfridges Beauty Workshop Beauty Box

Selfridges are to open a new beauty workshop, a modern girls cave of wonders if you will.
Designed to be like a playground of all things beauty with "new niche brands and cult classics"
Sounds amazing right?!
So Selfridges released a one off, limited edition beauty box to celebrate the launch of the Beauty Workshop.
A yellow box filled with 7 sparkly new beauty products representing their favourite beauty finds.

Ordered at 11:15am with some persistant difficulty after the boxes apeared to have sold out in the first half an hour at some silly time like 6am! Beauty obsessives be acting crazy!
It came the next morning, impressive no? Although delivery was £5 so delivery on the back of a singing silver unicorn wasn't too far from my expectations in exchange for my fiver!
Seven beautiful products that are usually out of my reach.
Seven beautiful products. Hmmmm, happiness!

Philip B Katira Hair Mask.
"Fills in weak, damaged spots in the hair cuticle for added smoothness and strength"
Adds shine, brightens colour and speeds up blow drying time.
I have heard a lot about this chaps products so I can't wait to give my increasingly frizzy hair a little treat.
60ml product
Full size is 178ml and £30
Aesop Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Serum
Rub between hands and apply to face and neck using upwards strokes.
This serum is plant based and chocka block with anti-oxidants
Anti-oxidants are vitimins, minerals and enzymes, and they help repair damage to your skin (that's the short of it anyway)
From what I could (or couldn't) find, it's not available on their website yet.

Stila One Step Correct
A serum come primer that is tripple swirled with lilac, green and skin toned product to brighten and even skin tone.
I have been wanting to try this since (testing my memory here) I saw Gemma Maquillage do a video for Glossybox on youtube with Stila products. The lilac will diminish sallow undertones. The green will combat redness and the peach will brighten and illuminate. I love how it has been packaged to look like some kind of science lab experiment!
 Bioeffect EGF Serum.
An award winning, ground breaking little product apparently. Blimey! Worth a go then?!
"Delivers visible, dramatic improvements to the skin. A sell out success"
It has cell stimulating properties that kick your skin into rejuvenating it's self. Combating ageing, dullness and dryness. I ask you, is this some kind of 8th wonder of the world? I hope it is because I rummaged through the bin for it!
My two year old took it in the blink of an eye and then couldn't find it. Lots of "Elle, you took mummy's bottle, where is it?" and all I got back was "I put it somewhere"
Must resist pulling my hair out in a panic!
It was "cooking" in her toy kitchen's oven.
Not available as of yet on the Selfridges website, but Elle is cooking up a batch as we speak...
Antipodes Avocado And Rosehip Divine Face Oil.
Using bioactive and botanical ingredients to powerfully anti-age the skin. Actively boosting your collagen cells, targeting scars and wrinkles whilst tackling the effects of ageing. Wow, what an oil! Avocado is of course a strong anti-oxident thus helping repair damage. Perfect.
Omorovicza Deep Cleansing Mask.
From Hungary and harnessing Hungary's healing waters. Firmer, younger, more supple skin day by day. Containg moor mud from lake Heviz that is mineral rich to really purify skin.
Only a small sample, one, maybe two applications in a cute frosted glass jar.
Estelle And Thild Lip Balm.
A Swedish beauty brand that uses all organic ingredients that you can trust. This lip balm is filled with vitimins to replenish and protect lips. With the actual most delicious raspberry flavour I have ever tasted. Unexpected seeing as the product is a pale yellow colour.
Gives a glossy look to lips, not greasy nor sticky. Love it.

A brilliant box filled with products I would possibly never have even heard of, let alone tried.
Although with all these anti-ageing products, being 24 and looking 16, I may start to resemble a 12 year old. Awkward.

Were you lucky enough to get your perfectly polished, swatch stained hands on one?
