Glossybox July 2012

Glossybox came today and I can't help but notice that I don't await it's arrival with baited breath any more. I don't get that excited feeling and continual "come on! where is it?" thought running through my mind. It comes, I look, I blog and I leave the box sat for a week untouched and unloved. I also can't even muster up the energy to feel dissapointed when my box isn't as good as other peoples box. Just me?

Any way, here I am, blogging from my garden on my July Glossybox.

I avoided all spoilers except for the knowledge that some boxes had HD palettes, the same as the one I received in my first ever box way back in September.

Just a side note here, but there have been a few running months boxes where selected people got HD items and others didn't. Why not put all these items together that they have scattered across previous months and send them out so that everybody got a HD item one month? 

I guess we will never understand the workings of Glossybox HQ.

MAC Sunday Afternoon Vera Face Powder

Spring 2012 saw a new collection from MAC. A collaboration with an artist known as Vera to bring bright fun pretty colours to our makeup collections.

I recently took a trip to my local Cosmetics Company Outlet (Or CCO for short) and came home with a MAC Vera Face Powder in "Sunday Afternoon"

For just £15.25 I might add! Bargain!

L'Oreal Repair 10 BB Cream- Fresh Face To Full Face Review

Another BB cream on the market! I feel I am becoming quite the BB connoisseur of late!

 This time an anti-ageing number offering reduced wrinkles and firmer skin.

Now I am aware that I am 24, and I am aware I look about 16 (blessing or curse? I'm still undecided, especially when getting asked for ID for a scratch card!)

 This wasn't designed for me or aimed at me but I have been using anti-ageing products since around 20 years old. Prevention is better than cure!

I entered a competion on the Revlon Facebook page for their new photoready line of makeup. I didn't know what the prize was, just uploaded my photo along with my tip for how to take a great photo and left it at that. I didn't really give it a second thought until I received a phone call telling me I had won a Revlon competion I had entered. Amazing!

So off to London I skipped, best friend in tow.

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream- Fresh Face To Full Face Review

I have been trying out another BB cream in my on going quest for the perfect face product, the one that will make my glow like a princess and look like a model...I wonder why I'm yet find it? ;-)
