MAC Sunday Afternoon Vera Face Powder

Spring 2012 saw a new collection from MAC. A collaboration with an artist known as Vera to bring bright fun pretty colours to our makeup collections.
I recently took a trip to my local Cosmetics Company Outlet (Or CCO for short) and came home with a MAC Vera Face Powder in "Sunday Afternoon"
For just £15.25 I might add! Bargain!
A mix of a bright pink, fuchsia pink and an iridescent pale pale pink. Swirled together these make a perfect wash of "English rose" over my cheeks.
This is a cool toned product which is perfect for me.
The bright pink isn't too pigmented but helps tone down the fuchsia to a wearable colour. The pearly light pink adds a really nice highlighting effect to the cheekbones.
Subtle enough for an everyday natural flush of colour and so pretty in the pan that it's a shame to put it away in the drawer!
For those warmer toned ladies out there, a warmer more coral toned version called "Flower Fantasy" is also available if you can find one in your CCO. I wouldn't recommend searching for it on ebay as this post on fakes explains the dangers. As this Vera collection was limited edition it is no longer available directly from MAC, such a shame!
