Skin Comparison- Wipes V Cleanser

My shift work in a hotel results in some time saving/lazyness when it comes to a skin care routine. Some evenings I will get home from work at 11pm and be due back to work at 7am the next morning, so I'm not in the mood to get deep cleansing. Other nights I will put the baby girl to bed and have the evening to myself with plenty of time to look after my skin.
I wanted to see if I could notice the difference to my skin on the days I had time to cleanse properly instead of when I grab a wipe to remove my makeup quickly.
So on good days I use Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish and on bad days...Not even makeup wipes but baby wipes!
So, here is my skin on two different days, makeup removed in two different ways.
Can you tell which day I looked after my skin??
Can you spot my "good skincare day" pictures? top or bottom?

The bottom two photo's are when I cleansed my face well with my muslin cloth and Liz Earle.
The top two are a quick once over with a baby wipe.
My skin feels gorgeous after I cleanse and polish but I never know if it looks any different. Now with pictures to compare I can see that I think my skin looks so much more fresh and clean when I use Liz Earle. Hopefully this will spur me on to take an extra few minutes and look after my skin properly.

How does your lifestyle affect your skincare?

  1. your skin looks amazing! I try not to use wipes too often but sometimes only a wipe will do! (after a night out!) I love Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish x

    1. Thank you, it could improve but overall right now it's quite good :) Some people are dead against wipes but they work for my skin and lifestyle. Good to know another beauty junkie uses them! x
